    9am- 10:30am

    First Tuesday of each month: Mindfulness Meditation (free)
    6-7pm

    Thursdays: Anusara Yoga – Agnes Schrider
    9am – 10:30am

    Saturdays: NIA – Betty Kerr
    9:30-10 :30am

    Private yoga sessions, personal training, golf fitness training, massage are also available by appointment.
